Robin Wise, D.D.S., M.A.G.D.
Dr. Robin Wise is a proud native of Thomasville, Georgia, and is honored to have the privilege to serve the community where he grew up. Dr. Wise earned his D.D.S. (Doctor of Dental Surgery) in 1976 from the Emory University School of Dentistry in Atlanta, Georgia.
Passionate about learning and providing his patients with comprehensive dental care, Dr. Wise has always made an effort to continue developing his knowledge and clinical skills. He is an alumnus of the Pankey Institute, one of the premier continuing education dental organizations in America, and has completed coursework at the world-renowned Dawson Academy. He received advanced training in oral conscious sedation protocols from the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation (DOCS).
Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Wise has been awarded Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry, one of the few added distinctions a general dentist can achieve. The Mastership award is the highest honor available at the AGD and one of the most respected designations within the profession. To accomplish this goal, Dr. Wise completed 1,100 hours of continuing dental education. Less than one percent of dentists are Masters with the AGD. Memberships in professional organizations allow Dr. Robin Wise to establish an open dialogue with his contemporaries and stay informed about the latest developments in dentistry techniques, procedures and technology. His affiliations include the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Georgia Dental Association. He is also the Past President of the Georgia Academy of General Dentistry.
Gina Wise, Practice Manager
Upon graduation from the University of Georgia, with a degree in Consumer Economics, Gina began her career of Office Management with The Morris Center Physical Therapy in Athens, GA. Gina joined Dr. Wise’s office in 1995 and immediately became an irreplaceable member of the team. Over the course of 25 years in Dr. Wise’s practice, Gina has slowly transitioned into a behind the scenes Practice Manager making sure the office remains efficient and the team stays true to the office’s dedication to Undeniable Service. Gina and Dr. Wise were married in 1994 and have two children, Jack and Katie.
Robin Duncan, Dental Assistant
Robin Duncan is the sole dental assistant for Dr. Wise. Robin started with Dr. Wise in 1989 and prides herself on building relationships with her patients and knowing what Dr. Wise needs before he has the chance to ask for it! Robin is an active member of First Newark Baptist Church where she plays the bass guitar and sings. Robin, affectionately known around the office as “Red,” is an integral part of the team. Always a beacon of positivity, Robin finds a way to move through her days spreading joy and comfort to her patients and co-workers. There’s no need to be nervous coming into our office for dental work as Robin will make sure you have everything you need throughout your entire visit. Robin and her husband, David, were married in 2006. Robin has one son, Bryan, who is employed by the Thomas County School System.
Kim Adams, RDH
Kim Adams started as a dental hygienist with Dr. Wise in 1998. A native of Albany, GA, Kim holds an Associates of Applied Science from Darton College. Kim is a vocal proponent of Dr. Wise’s focus on comprehensive dentistry. Always willing to add an extra helping hand, she can be found aiding the front office with administrative tasks when time permits. Kim’s calming demeanor and gentle nature are qualities her patients and co-workers regard with the utmost respect. Kim and her husband, Mike, married in 2010 and they reside in Thomasville. Kim has three children and two grandchildren.
Alison Price, RDH
Alison Price joined Dr. Wise’s team in 2015. Alison graduated from Valdosta State University in 2010 with an Associates of Applied Science. Alison’s background prior to joining this team includes hygiene at both family and pediatric practices in Valdosta and Thomasville, GA. You will find Alison not only performing hygiene responsibilities in the office but also playing a major role in inventory control, ordering, and scheduling. Always high spirited and energetic, Alison will assure your comfort in her hygiene chair whether you are a first time patient or a long-term patient. Alison married her husband David in 2010 and they have two sons, Asher and Collier.
Renee Henderson, Office Manager
Renee Henderson is our Office Manager and has held this position since February of 2019. Prior to that, Renee was a part of the team from 2011 – 2016 as a front desk receptionist and scheduling coordinator. Renee holds a BBA from Valdosta State University and an MBA from the University of Tampa. Her professional background has primarily been focused in Human Resources and Organizational Development. You’ll find Renee as the face that greets you as you walk in the door and the voice that helps you when you call the office. Renee prides herself on building a culture and environment that fosters professionalism and customer service. Originally from Ohio, Renee moved to Thomasville in 1996. She and her husband, Jim, married in 2006 and have two children, Finn and Maeva.
